At Wacoal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 60 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place your unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing envelope.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
